The original logo was a literal interpretation (with parts of the letterform removed) but it looked fussy, reflecting the opposite of the brand’s minimalist aesthetic. by chef and postpartum doula Kelly Geary. What started as a granola recipe created to meet a client’s prenatal needs quickly turned into a savory-sweet mix the whole family was craving. With flavors made from nourishing, nutrient-dense seeds, spices, and nuts, Sweet Deliverance is proving that granola deserves to be more than just sugar and oats. With nourishment at its core, the branding was inspired by blossoming gardens with art nouveau influences in the wordmark and framing devices. Every seed starts as a flower, so the packaging celebrates each flavor through thematic floral illustrations. The palette draws from natural earthy colors and the art direction reinforces the nutritious nature of the product through rich and bountiful vignettes. The four Google brand colors were blended into gradients to generate new hues that felt fresh yet familiar. The I/O logo was outputted in many different forms. A black and white grid shape-shifted and filled in with bright optmistic colors. Injections and fillers don’t actually make us look younger, but rather leave our face stiff, transforming us into someone we don’t even recognize. This brand brings together groundbreaking product innovation and this emotional desire to recognize yourself as you age—hence the name—Ourself. For the launch, we photographed the models mid-expression to capture the natural beauty and fluidity that you retain from using the products. As a "secret weapon" in your beauty routine, we chose a gunmetal finish for the packaging and kept the sense of movement in the product photography with metallic textures that always felt malleable. This theme also carried through into the brand graphic, an amorphous ring shape that appears on secondary packaging and photo props. Lastly,&nbsp;the wordmark was crafted to feel timeless and elegant while the type system is simple and modern. Inspired by Brownie Wise (the creator of the Tupperware party who gave women the ability to earn their own money after World War II)&nbsp;House of Wise is creating a community of #wisewomen to spread the word about the benefits of using CBD, while they earn money through affiliate sales. The branding feels contemporary—afterall this isn’t your mom’s Tupperware party—and reflects the high quality of the products. The house theme in the logo carries through to the custom house-shaped boxes, and is a nice reminder that the brand is rooted in building a community. The hard metal of the jewelry contrasts nicely with more organic props and materials, such as marble, linen and florals.
